Delivery Information

Deliveries will only be made to home addresses within the UK mainland (England, Wales and Scotland ). For the applicable delivery estimate please see the map above. We may be able to deliver to non-UK mainland destinations, including for example, the Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight and remote destinations such as the Scottish Highlands & Islands, please call for a quote as these destinations will be subject to a bespoke delivery charge which we will confirm with you. We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland. We do not accept orders from individuals outside the UK.

All orders for products are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if any products you have ordered aren't available and we won't process your order for them. We can only make deliveries to your home address, and if you've used one of our easy payment options, the products must be delivered over the threshold.

We'll fulfil your order within the relevant delivery lead time (in days or weeks) we agree with you. However please note that all delivery lead times are approximate only. Delivery lead times start from the day the contract is formed, which is when we send you the order confirmation, or if you choose one of our easy payment options, when we receive your signed finance documents and sales contract.Once your product is ready for delivery, you'll be contacted to arrange a convenient date for delivery. Please give us accurate contact details so we can deliver your products as quickly as possible. We can't normally store products at our warehouse for longer than 7 working days following receipt.

We are more than happy to assist with installation and assembly of sofas however, we CANNOT assist with the assembly of flat-packed furniture

We have a range of standard charges for deliveries. You can get an approximate cost by clicking on your area on the map abouve.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take away your old furniture. However, we do work with the British Heart Foundation who offer free collection of your furniture, you can call them on 0808 250 0030. Alternatively, you can contact your local council to arrange for your old furniture to be collected https://www.gov.uk/collection-large-waste-items.

If your items need to be redelivered, there may be an additional redelivery charge - see section 4.

If you are unable to take deliver on the agreed day, you may be charge a redelivery fee.
